Returns

If the item you have purchased is damaged/not as communicated, you have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

If a fault has been communicated and price reduced as a result, these items can not be exchanged or refunded.

Sale items are non refundable.

For an eligible return, your item you must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds

For an elligible return, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange

If the returned item is to be exchanged with another item, we will despatch this once the return item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for the despatch may apply, but this will be made clear in the email correspondence.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item.

Shipping costs are non­refundable. If shipping cost was added to your delivery, this cost will be deducted from your refund.
